Multiporpoise Management currently manages five unique properties across Oregon, as well as a beautiful unit in Catalina. Among our properties are the Sea Gypsy Rentals, which was originally built in the 1970s, as well as the D Sands Condominiums and Surftides Plaza Condominiums in Lincoln City on the Central Oregon Coast. In addition, we also manage two riverfront properties in Bend, including Bend Riverside and the adjacent Pioneer Park Rentals. Founded in 2021 by Troy Foster, Multiporpoise Management has since expanded to over 50+ employees across multiple locations.

In addition, as the Secretary on the HOA Board at both properties, Troy plays an active role in keeping these communities running smoothly. His dual perspective—as both an owner and a manager—means he approaches every decision with long-term value in mind.
